The Federation of Animal Science Societies (FASS) has established this national internship database to offer a one-stop location to unite animal science students' educational skills and areas of interest with business sponsors' needs and internship openings.

This program is a cooperative effort between a variety of universities/colleges across the US and approved employers. The employment opportunities presented here enable students to supplement their classroom knowledge with practical experience, allowing them to gain exposure to a variety of animal science-related professions. These business and industry partners obtain a vast resource from which to select motivated and educated candidates for their position openings.

Student entries must be submitted through your approved Departmental liaison with the FASS SID program. A list of those individuals is provided for your information. If you would like to post information in the student databank, please contact this liaison from your institution. If your institution/liaison is not listed on the following pages, please contact FASS to report this. FASS will contact your university to request assignment of a faculty member to this role.

There is no cost to students for submitting information to the database. Agreement options for potential employers include corporate sponsorship, complete database access (renewed annually), or individual posting fees (assessed per internship submitted). Please note: If this is the first time you have entered this site as an employer or if, on previous occasions, you have paid only the individual posting fee per internship, you must proceed to the e-commerce site to purchase access to this database using the links just provided.
