National Farmers Union President Dave Frederickson said America's farmers, ranchers and consumers won big with the Senate's overwhelming support of mandatory country-of-origin labeling. "The Senate vote sends a strong message to the agriculture appropriations conference committee and to the Agriculture Department to keep COOL and fully implement this beneficial law," Frederickson said.
