National Egg Meeting I am pleased to announce the formation of the National Egg Processing Center (NEPC) within the College of Agriculture at Auburn University. It is the mission of NEPC to provide national leadership for the egg industry through research and dissemination of new knowledge and information via various educational avenues.The National Egg Processing Center will be hosting a technical meeting on May 28. The agenda for the meeting is attached. I am writing to invite you to participate in this meeting. The information gained from this meeting will be used by the Center’s Advisory Council to set priorities for the Center.
