Administrative Assistant/Event Coordinator
FASS has an excellent opportunity for a multi-talented individual to serve as Administrative Assistant and Event Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and self-motivated, have excellent organization skills, be able to prioritize tasks, have above average computer skills in Windows-based programs, and be able to learn new software applications quickly. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) are essential. Duties will include but are not limited to coordination of member meetings and conference activities, board and member communications, taking minutes for committee and board meetings, and database/membership management, Ability to travel 30% of the time is required. Completion of a bachelor's degree is preferred; an equivalent combination of related training and relevant experience is acceptable.
